No integration? Start anyway
The route that asks nothing of your software. It is the reason the answer to will it work with mine is always yes.
Most clinical software answers will it work with my system with a list of logos, and if you are not on the list the conversation ends. Mesio answers differently, because the last route needs nothing from your software at all.
What it looks like
Mesio finishes the work and hands it to you in a form your system will accept. A note formatted for your software, a chart as a table or a document. You put it where it goes.
That is unglamorous and it is also the most important route in the product.
Why it always exists
The design rule is blunt. Mesio must never end up holding a finished note with no way to get it to you.
Every other route can fail. A vendor changes their screens, a machine is offline, a system is one nobody has seen before. This route cannot fail in those ways, because it does not depend on any of them. It works through a remote desktop session, where there is genuinely nothing to integrate with and only pixels on a screen.
This is not a trial mode. A practice can run on this route indefinitely and get the whole product. What the better routes save you is the carrying, not the work.
You will probably move up without asking
Practices that start here often find themselves on a more automated route later without requesting an upgrade or installing anything. What improves is Mesio's knowledge of where things live on a screen, and that improves from other practices on the same system.
Where it is honestly not enough
One place, and it is worth saying plainly rather than discovering it.
Perio does not work this way. Copying dozens of individual measurements into a grid by hand is not a workflow, it is a punishment. Perio charting needs at least the route where Mesio fills the fields while you watch.
Everything else, including notes, plans and documents, works at this floor.
Which route you are on
Your integrations settings show, per system, what Mesio can actually do for you today rather than what is possible in principle. That is the page to trust, because it reflects your practice rather than a capability list.
